Refund policy

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Custom items and sale items are not returnable.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition 
• Items must be in the original packaging

How do I return?

• Send an email to vasijewelry@gmail.com with your order number and specific item(s) you want to return. 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days

Are there any charges for return?

• Shipping return labels will not be provided and therefore must be purchased
